Media planning for agencies and brands
OAEYA Studios takes a campaign from the first brief to the final report. Plan, approve, build, launch and track your paid media in one place, together with your client and every agency involved.

What we believe
A media plan is only as good as its numbers. In Studios, every number shows where it comes from: your client's own history, your agency's values, or an assumption that says so.
At a glance
Stop jumping between seven ads managers and a folder of spreadsheets. Studios shows every plan and every platform side by side.
Workflow
Five steps every campaign goes through. Studios keeps them connected, so the report still knows what the plan promised.
Answer five questions in plain language, or paste a link to the product and let Studios read the page. You get platforms, structure and a budget per platform and week, each decision explained in one sentence.

A second person on your team checks the plan. The quote goes out as a link: a clean page with media, fees, production, the total and one button. What the client approves is recorded with date and version.

The creative matrix shows which format each platform and placement needs. The production plan says who delivers what by when. Campaign names and tracking links follow your rules.

For each platform, Studios lists what to set up in the ads manager: campaign, budget, targeting and names. Your team builds it there, and Studios shows where the live settings differ from the plan.

Import results from the ads manager and Studios compares them with the plan. Deviations come as a sentence, not a wall of numbers, and your client gets the report as a link.
Collaboration
Brands, media agencies and creative agencies rarely sit in one room. In Studios they work from the same plan, each with the rights they need.
Plans budgets and platforms, builds the quote and keeps plan and actuals in view.
Sees exactly which formats each platform needs, and who delivers what by when.

One plan, one version, one history
Approves the quote by link without creating an account, and reads the report on any device.
Sets roles and rights in a plain table, signs off plans and sees every change in the history.
Benchmarks
Every forecast in Studios is built from the best data available for that client and platform. When better data exists, Studios uses it. When it doesn't, the plan says so.
Each plan shows how reliable its forecast is, and each platform a data quality rating. You know how solid a number is before your client asks.

All of this works today.
Spread the budget across weeks. The total always adds up.
Studios flags platforms whose budget is too small to get out of the learning phase.
Media, fees and production in one quote, approved by link or purchase order.
Campaign names follow your agency's rules, the same way every time.
Clean tracking links for every campaign, exportable as CSV.
Paste a product link and Studios suggests answers for the brief.
Who may do what, shown as a plain table you can read at a glance.
Every change with person, time and version.
Start new plans from setups that already worked.
Upload the export from the ads manager; Studios matches it to the plan.
When delivery or conversions fall behind plan, Studios says so in one clear sentence.
Two-factor sign-in and servers in Germany.
Reporting and export
Get data out of Studios as fast as it went in. The exports work today; the report designer is next.
Your data
Ad platforms don't keep your reporting forever. Studios keeps your plans and imported results for as long as you're a customer, and lets you take everything with you.
How far back can you report? Meta Ads, from January 2026
Source: Meta for Developers, Ads Insights API updates, October 2025. Studios stores what you plan and what you import.
Plans to Excel and PowerPoint, lists to CSV. We want you to stay because Studios is useful, not because your data is stuck.
Taking a break? Pause your plan for €19 a month. Your data stays, read-only, until you're back.
If you cancel without pausing, we delete your data 90 days after your subscription ends. Until then you can request a full export.
What's next
The next building blocks for Studios. We announce a date once a feature is fully tested.
Connect the AI assistant you already pay for through MCP, the open Model Context Protocol. It can then read your plans and prepare drafts for your team.
Ask questions in plain language. Every answer points to the lines in the plan it comes from.
“Why is TikTok more expensive than planned?”
Visuals and short clips from connected generation services, as drafts in the creative matrix.
Studios records when a campaign really started, on the first day with spend, and the reason when it didn't.
Results from Meta arrive on their own, without a weekly CSV export. Meta ad accounts can already be connected.
Client approval and reports already work on phones. Next, the planning studio itself will work fully on mobile, and the whole app will be available in English.
AI may prepare work inside your team. Anything that goes to a client, an ad account or anywhere outside is approved by a person.

FAQ
Straight answers, including the ones about leaving.
No. Studios plans, calculates and compares. Booking, changing budgets and pausing ads stays in each platform's ads manager. Studios deliberately has no write access to your ad accounts.
From your client's past campaigns first, then from values your agency stores, and only then from system assumptions. Every number shows its source, and each plan shows how reliable its forecast is. A forecast is an estimate, not a promise to your client.
Today you upload a CSV export from the ads manager. Meta ad accounts can already be connected; the automatic import of results is in preparation.
Yes. Roles decide who sees and edits what. Clients approve quotes by link and read reports without an account. Creative partners work from the creative matrix and the production plan.
You can export your plans at any time. To keep your data without using Studios, pause your plan for €19 a month: everything stays, read-only.
If you cancel without pausing, we delete your account data 90 days after your subscription ends. Until then you can request a full export.
Ad platforms limit how far back you can report. Since January 2026, Meta keeps totals for 37 months, reach and other unique-count breakdowns for 13 months, and frequency breakdowns for 6 months. Studios keeps your plans and the results you import, so last year's numbers are still there when you plan next year.
That's the plan. Studios will offer a connection through MCP, the open Model Context Protocol, so the AI subscription you already have can work with your plans. Anything that leaves your team still needs a person's approval.
Approval pages and reports are built for phones. The planning studio is made for a large screen today; full mobile support is on our roadmap.
Not yet. The interface is currently in German, and an English version is planned. Tell us if your team needs it; it helps us decide what comes first.
On servers in Germany. Sign-in uses a second factor.
If you manage a single client, setting up benchmarks and rules is more work than it saves. And if you adjust bids every hour, you need a tool inside the ad platform. Studios thinks in plans and weeks.
